Foam for contract & domestic use

Our extensive range of foam grades and machinery allow us to cater for all aspects of upholstery including sheets, cut sizes and profiling.
Seat cushions can be wrapped using 2, 4, 7, 9 & 14oz Dacron or simply stockinette wrapped.

Profiling: All profiling work is undertaken whether it’s a single item or bulk.
Sheets: come in various sizes according to the grade.

Memory Foam: Sensitive foam memorises your body shape, revitalises old mattress’s, promotes a healthier nights sleep and helps improve spine alignment. Mattress’s and sheets available from stock.

Grades: Our grades cover all aspects of upholstery work including; Domestic, Contract and some MOD applications.

Regulations: All our foam grades, meet the requirements of Schedule 1, part 1, of the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations, S. I. 1324 of 1988 (amended 1989), and the requirements of BS3379: 1991 (AMD 7126). In addition, they meet the requirements of FMVSS 302.
